Welcome to Paláte FuZion™, a site about pairing great wines with great food, but not JUST about pairing wine and food; we bring different cultures and countries to the table and hope that our audience will be encouraged to share knowledge, information, and ideas.
Paláte FuZion™’s aim is to feature world class chefs as well as the restaurants where they create their signature dishes. They will contribute various other elements to the site relating to world of wine and food. Moreover, we will highlight restaurants from all parts of the global; from South Africa to San Francisco.
PF will showcase wineries and winemakers from the great wine producing appellations; California, France, Italy, Spain, and South America. We will also be apart of wine regions on the rise from other parts of the world; for example, India, Portugal, and South Africa.
Wine Bars play an enormous role in the entire process and we want to bring them to you, so we will feature a wine bar of the month and their FuZion recommendations. Look for exciting articles and events relating to wine and food.
Producing world-class wine and food is very serious business and we take none of it for granted, however, our objective is to make it fun, exciting, and knowledgeable leaving the rest behind. |
