Un-wined is a wine bar challenging the confines of a California strip mall off Almaden Expressway, in San Jose. In a corner that would most likely be taken up by a typical smoke and liquor shop, there is a little, warm place with sepia toned walls, a cozy shop and a gracious bar. It is the hot spot for locals in the community, has a steady flow of regulars, and a wine club that is averaging 200 members. Not too shabby.
